It is a secure way for you to complete our application and contract of employment without needing to print or scan anything; it can be done on any compatible device – making signing up with Charteris as quick and painless as possible.
Moving forward, you can use the portal to input your time worked when required by your agency and to monitor your payment status in real-time.
Simply put, when you access the portal from your device, you can see what we can see; so when your agency sends us details of what they are going to pay us, you will see this on your portal. If there are any discrepancies, please let us know so that we can liaise with your agency quickly. When our payroll team have received and allocated the funds to your invoice, you will also see this as soon as it has been processed*
*when the invoice status shows as ‘receipted’ funds will be in your account by close of business that day.
