We process payments that have cleared in our bank account. Your agency may send us money as a BACS payment meaning that although it has left their account on a Wednesday, for example, it doesn’t show in our account until a Friday. Other forms of payment may clear in our account within an hour or two, or by the end of the working day. 

Our team work through the bank statement in the order that payments fall, so when they come to the money from your agency and match it with your invoice, you will see this showing as receipted on your portal and money will be in your account by the end of that day. If the money is not in our account by that time, we will get you paid the following day.
