We do understand that agencies have to comply with audits and we wish to assist with this.

Following ICO guidelines on GDPR, we have included in our Privacy Policy details of our need to share information with an agency for audit requests as part of our contractual obligation. This is also mentioned to each contractor when they sign up with us.

As soon as we receive a request from an agency for payslips, we try to contact the contractor by telephone to inform them, and an email is sent.

For every request we receive we endeavour to return the required information to you within 48 hours.
