Your agency may send us money as a BACS payment meaning that although it has left their account on a Wednesday, for example, it doesn’t show in our account until a Friday.
Other forms of payment may clear in our account within an hour or two, or by the end of the working day.
We process payments that have cleared in our bank account. Our allocations team work through the bank in the order that payments fall, so when they come to the money from your agency and match it with your invoice, you will see this showing as receipted on your portal and money will be in your account by the end of that day.
Where monies clear in our account after our cut off time for the day, this will be paid the following working day.
